We Need Your Expertise!
We are seeking EEG researchers to contribute expert artifact annotations across diverse EEG datasets. Contributors will receive authorship on the resulting publication (and possibly win an iPad), and the aggregated annotations will be released openly as a high quality benchmark for evaluating artifact detection and improving reproducibility.
Registration is now open!
If you have already filled out the initial survey, you're ready to get started. Please follow these steps:
- Register for an account
- Clean the tutorial dataset
- Complete Survey 2
Who Are We Looking For?
- Have experience manually cleaning EEG data
- Have (co-)authored at least one paper where you cleaned EEG data
- Passionate about open neuroscience
What We’re Doing
- Support the development of artificial artifact detection methods
- Build a set of large high-quality ground-truth annotations for EEG artifacts
- Data and annotations will be released without embargo
What We Need From You
- Label artifacts in EEG data collected from stationary Adults using our web interface
- Label between 50-100 datasets
- Complete a short background questionnaire about your EEG experience
- Provide feedback on the labeling interface and study design
